Terms for a governed member platform.

These Terms of Use govern access to the Arkad Legacy public site and member center, presented by TrueNorth Strategy Co. They do not create an investment-advisory, brokerage, custody, tax, legal, or fiduciary relationship.

Scope and acceptance

By accessing Arkad, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or member center. Separate terms from a financial provider govern your account at that provider.

Information is not a recommendation

Arkad may present education, research context, account workflow status, risk controls, or record-based explanations. None is a personalized recommendation, a guarantee of a result, an offer to sell a security, an instruction to trade, or a substitute for your own professional, legal, tax, or financial advice.

Provider-held accounts

Arkad is non-custodial. Your assets, buying power, orders, transfers, account eligibility, and provider permissions remain with the applicable provider. A provider connection is available only after the provider’s own authenticated consent and approval process. Provider terms, controls, and decisions govern the provider account.

Member responsibilities

Provide accurate information where a member flow requests it, protect your Arkad sign-in, and do not share credentials, impersonate another person, bypass access controls, submit another person’s information without authority, or use Arkad to transmit provider passwords, API keys, access tokens, bank credentials, or unlawful instructions.

Financial actions and availability

A screen, strategy, connection request, or recorded plan does not itself create authority to trade, fund, withdraw, transfer assets, or open an account. Any future financial action requires the independently displayed provider, member-authority, suitability, risk, data, and release controls. If those controls are not visibly available, the action is unavailable.

Service changes and suspension

Arkad may change, limit, or suspend a feature to protect members, comply with provider requirements, investigate security or reliability concerns, or correct an inaccurate presentation of availability. Arkad will not represent a pending or unavailable capability as active.

Site materials

The Arkad name, site design, software, and original materials are protected by applicable law. You may use the public site for personal, informational purposes. You may not copy, reverse engineer, disrupt, scrape, misrepresent, or use site materials in a way that violates these Terms or another party’s rights.

Questions and related notices

Use the protected member center or an organization-approved contact channel for questions about an authenticated account. Do not send provider credentials, bank information, tax information, government identifiers, or investment instructions through an unprotected channel.
