Legacy infrastructure
Planning for continuity, with the right boundaries.
Arkad’s legacy work is designed around documented authority, provider-held accounts, and professional estate coordination—not automatic transfer or legal advice.

Estate and trust coordination
Authenticated members can record a fixed-purpose request for estate-professional coordination, family-meeting interest, or philanthropic-planning review in the protected member center. That request contains no documents, beneficiary or family information, professional contact, legal authority, account details, provider credentials, or financial instruction. Arkad does not currently create estate documents, verify legal authority, or alter a provider account through this public surface.
Generational continuity
Generational continuity
The protected coordination request is an intake record only and remains awaiting legal, compliance, and professional review. Any beneficiary designation, power-of-attorney step-down, death or incapacity process, account transition, advice, document storage, or transfer remains unavailable until the relevant provider, legal, compliance, identity, and record-retention controls are implemented and independently verified.
Philanthropic planning
Philanthropic planning
Charitable planning may require a donor-advised fund, qualified charitable distribution, or in-kind transfer provider. Arkad does not currently initiate, recommend, value, custody, or report any charitable transfer.
